Amit Sadh born 5 June 1983 Birmingham, England is a British television actor of Indian.


He quit his studies after standard 12 to pursue his acting career. He opted acting as his career and is trained in New York's The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute.

Acting Career

His first major role was in the Neena Gupta production's Kyun Hota Hai Pyarrr, where he portrayed the character of Aditya; He went on to star in Kohinoor, and later on he even appeared as a participant on the television reality shows like 'Bigg Boss', 'Fear Factor' and 'Nach Baliye'.

He has also appeared in Shobna Desai's 'Durgesh Nandini' as a lawyer named Kshitji which was aired on Sony Entertainment Television. He had made his debut in bollywood with the film 'Phoonk 2' in 2010. In which he played the character 'Ronnie'.

In A R Murugadoss' Akira', movie Sonakshi Sinha will be seen paired with Amit Sadh. As per the reports, Amit's character propels the film forward. He is there from beginning to end.

Amit was seen as a Haryanvi boy in a Bollywood movie 'Guddu Rangeela'. Direced by Subhash Kapoor, Guddu Rangeela features Amit as Guddu and comedian Arshad Warsi as Rangeela alongside actor Ronit Roy and Aditi Rao Hydari.

'Kai Po Che' in which he played the character 'Ronnie'. was the film based on Chetan Bhagat's novel The 3 Mistakes of My Life directed by Abhishek Kapoor with music by Amit Trivedi and lyrics by Swanand Kirkire where he played pratagonist role of Omkar Shastri, which is one of the three lead roles in the film.

Amit Sadh will play a younger Salman Khan in his upcoming venture Sultan. Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is about a Pahalwan, a three time State champion from Haryana for whom wrestling is more than just a sport. While Salman would be seen playing the 30-plus Sultan, it was felt by the producers that Amit would be a suitable candidate to play the younger avatar of the wrestler.
